Out of the hot water

I will admit that I was very aggravated when the hot water failed to work for a week straight.  To add to my anger, it seemed as though every update about the boiler getting fixed was followed with another email saying the delay would be longer.
Yes, everyone was trying to do their best to get the boiler fixed in a timely manner.  Getting upset at the water troubles would do more harm then good.  After receiving a check for $131, I believe the university did the right thing and compensated us for the troubles we had to go though.
